Why do you want the Catz system. They use a Taiwanese ballast and a Hugarian lamp?? Catz was and is just the cheap arm of Beloff. Beloff sell only Philips but it is very expensive and they have a price point to protect in Japan. One of the directors set up Catz to sell lower lesser spec product.

There must be a reason for your choice and I will help if I can

In reality there is not much difference. Both use optically correct lamps based on the Philips D2 out of Aachen , Germany. Both use Philips electronics. They are the only company I would recommend if someone didnt want to buy from us. They have been doing HID kits for about 18 months longer than us (about 7 years).

The only thing I would say is that although the above is applicable to the Japanese market they have been known to change the components for other markets. We on the other hand because of my past use only 100% Philips product
