its not in the main fuse/relay box, when the hazards or indicators are switched i can hear a relay click once somewhere behind the dash, i have taken it all apart but still can't find it.

does anyone know where it is and what it looks like

On a classic, it's located high up behind the dash on the driver's side.

I had to replace mine when I put towing electrics on, and could only find it by touch. I felt all the relays up there, and pulled the one that was ticking.

IIRC I was laid out on my back, with the seat as far back as it would go, and my head on the brake pedal, and my hand up the back of the dash.

found it just behind the radio lol, mega easy to get to just need to get a new one now.
