Dumb ? Splicing in to the ECU with kncok and Lamda sensors

When you wire up to the ecu can you put both knock and Lambda + to the same wire and the same with the ground or will this mess up the ecu by drawing to much current? Or can I just wire them both up to the radio power supply, save messing with the ecu???
