Time delay relay?

Does anyone know where I can buy a relay or switch that pulses on and off? I'm looking for one for a DIY water spray job and need one that goes on for 3 or 4 seconds then off for the same. I've trie dlooking on other site GGR, MRT etc but can't find the thing I need. Thanks
