whos is this car need urgent advice on headlights

ive got some of these angeleye quad lamps and im having difficulty fitting them ive got the sidelights fitted which were a doddle...BUT ive bought some relays for the connector and plugged them in but when i put the red wire to the positive it blows the in line fuse????

no instructions cos there all in japanese

The relay will have 4 or 5 connections marked 30 , 85 , 86 , & 87
The 12 volt fused feed from the battery connects to 30
Connect 86 to ground ( earth)
Connect 85 to the 12v switched supply ( from the light switch)
Connect 87 to the lamps ( the load )
85 and 86 are the relay coil , energise these with 12v and earth and the relay will operate. When it operates it switches the 12 feed on 30 to terminal 87.

there is 5 terminals as 1 is marked 87a that is in the middle and is a green wire and comes from the main wiring harness?

Terminals 87 and 87a are from the same part of the relay, ie: the switched live from the battery. Relays with two terminals at 87 are just an easier way to wire TWO lights, (both sides) without trying to wire two connectors to the one terminal.
Thw basic relay is still exactly as desribed above:
Terminal 30: from battery via fuse if one is not fitted to relay
85: from headlight main beam, usually via Scotchlok etc
86: to a suitable earth
87: (and 87a) to lights
