I have a problem with my pug that I hope someone can shed some light on.

Some time ago I posted about my clock working intermittently, so it wasnt gonna be a fuse. Now the airbag light has started coming on.

However sometimes it doesnt come on, sometimes it does, sometimes it stays on solid and sometimes it flashes (but not at any certain time, so its not a design feature to flash)

This makes me think there may be a short in the system. Where do I start to look to cure this, my guess would be the eatrthing point but where can I find in on a N reg 306 ?

Some time ago there was an attemt to steel my car ( scooby MY99) result was that the steering shaft broke before they got the car started.
6 Months after the repair my Airbag light started to go on when I was on full steering to the right and light stayen on.
I got it checked at the garage and they found nothing wrong. I removed the bulb. Now after another 3 Months my horn has stoppen working, and I can measure it is the sliding contact in the steering wheel that is failing. Proberly same fail for the airbag. One day I dismantle it all and get it sorted.
