anyone know if there are any coming out eg prodrive,scoobysport etc or should i go for hid headligts and if so how much?

Get the HID's they are by far the best light upgrade. £400 ish though. There was a group buy a while back, do a search and your'll find the company.

can you upgrade dip only or would you recommend main as well ,looked at autolamps website ~400 each!!

Main prolly not worth it unless you want the whole hog , just get the dips. Ask someone like Big Goon who got these lamps in the group buy they will tell you how good they are.
