How do I remove the light covers on my My02 Sti - non prodrive?

Hi all,
I'm thinking of putting in a set of driving light onto my My02 Sti (non-prodrive), but I cannot seem to remove the covers.
Has anyone does this to theirs?

I tried that and they didn't want to come. I was at risk of scratching the paintwork.
Do I just need to give them a good pull? or are they attached with something other than just the one screw.
