Starting problem

Got a strange problem on my car WRX oct 1993 since Friday when it cut out and would not restart! Checked the belt timing is spot on got spark but no fuel (fuel is not cut by the immobiliser have checked with the people who fitted it) but now and again the fuel pump will work any ideas.
