Hi there,

Only has my STi7 for 3 days and driving this evening I wondered whether I could improve the lighting.

Can I put better bulbs in; looking for recommendations.

Try a set of philips vision plus from www.powerbulbs.com

Log book will tell you what type bulb H4 or H7 for an STI- sorry can't remember off hand

Try PIAA Extreme Whites. I use these. Fools everyone into thinking that your a police car. They are very similar to High Intensity Discharge (HID) only at the raction of the cost. Apparently, a 55W will give an output of 110W. Nuff said. Not cheap though, around £6X.00 per pair but if you want much improved lighting, their the ones to go for.

Was stopped by the police once for having the main beam on. Wrong, thy were my main dips. Should of seen his face when I demonstrated main beam.

Anyway, H1 for the main dip and I think HB1 for the main beam. Try demontweeks.

there's always the Xenon group buy, i'm organising, and i have spare sets of H1 / HB3 as used in my STi7, there £13 per pair plus postage, let me know if you want them
