I Have a type r sti v5, the manual button on the intercooler spray works, but the auto switch does not, any common faults with it?

I think that it's too cold for the moment for spraying water on your intercooler, when I wil do it right now, my hole scoop will transform in a block of ice, the water spray is temperature sensitive and now it is only -6 here..., think it's the same in England...

Scoob mines done exactly the same, not sure if any of wires have fallen off back or not. But seems weird that I'm not the only one.

No mine has never worked from day one, but i have seen that when the select monitor is plugged into it, it says it is on, but it doesn`t spray water! The plot thickens.
