Side Light not workin'
#1
MY99 Turbo's near-side sidelight has just decided to give up.
I had a quick look and the light appears to be a sealed unit. Can anyone tell me if its worth takin the thing out?? Will I be able to see the bits and bobs that make it work to attempt to fix it or is it a dealer job??

Its not selaed mate.. deffo a DIY job
If you open the bonnet you will see a phillips screw holding the sidelight in, remove this screw and the sidelight pulls out.
It can take quite a tug to remove it but it definately comes out..
Once you have got the sidelight out the bulb unclips from the back.
Unfortunately, the sidel;ight must be removed from the car to get to the bulb, there is no access to it with it fitted
