Dashboard Illumination Help please

Ok I'm guessing at a fuse here(hoping anyway)
Its a jap import though so I have no manual!
Basically the speedos are dark and so are all the illuminations for the Blowers, A/C etc
does this sound like fuse? any ideas where it is?
sorry am not very tech minded!
The car is the previous shape.
