Need a little Apexi Turbo Timer Install Help!!

Hi,
I am installing an Apexi Turbo Timer with an harness in a 2003 WRX. The install requires three splices in addition to the harness: 1) Engine ECU ground wire, 2) ECU O2 sensing wire, 3) Parking brake wire (0 volts handle up and 12 volts down).
What color are these wires and where are they located (US version)? Any extra wire needed to reach the parking brake, how much, and what gage? Anyone like/use the clip on splices?
Where is the ECU (US version)? Where do you insert the harness connections (i.e., at the key or under the dash)?

I think the ECU is the same as the Jap one therefor you will find it under a slam pannel in the passanger foot well , pull up the carpet and remove the plate, heypresto...one ecu.....as for the wiring i just hard wired it into the ecu and the ignition as per the instrustions, download them of the Apexi site as i found them to be clearer that the one given with the unit!!!
