has anyone fitted hid to their morettes..if so are they any good and how east to allign and do they give the blue light effect

Er.. Yes, Yes, No - not easy and Yes

Improvement in light quality is good - worth having. They do take time to set up correctly. I found the best thing to do is go to an MOT testing station and ask them to set up your lights, using their gear - shouldn't cost you more than a fiver and it will save a lot of hassle.

You do get a nice blu tinge to your lights which looks good aswell

chris is urs the classic shape or new and whos hid kit did u use was it a scoobysport/phillips and was it a 4000k or 6000k light tks

mine is a new shape and it used the Scoobysport kit - not sure on the output, but I suspect the lower of the two. The higher output ones tend to have a very blue light.
