Horn/Both rear brake lights not working STI V3

Could someone firstly tell me where the fuse box is located for the above car, secondly does anyone know if the Horn and rear brakelights are on the same fuse (which might explain why they are all not working) or wether it is more likely to be a relay? your help would be much appreciated !

The horn and brake lights are on the same fuse. I had a problem of blowing the fuse all the time eventually found out it was the horn that was causing it. The fuse box is located under the dash at the drivers side, near the lever for opening the bonnet.
