Just tried to fit a second-hand headlight to my MY00. New headlight comes with a manual adjuster bolted on the back; mine are electrical. I thought it would be easy to unbolt the electrical height adjuster from the back of mine and bolt it to the new one. But the hole that the pin goes through is much smaller on the new one, and it seems to have some sort of screw thread inside for the manual adjusters. Is there a way of getting that bit of the mechanism out so I can bolt might electrical adjusters in, or is the lamp unit completely different?
