Slow Electric window. Type R

Ever since I have had the car, the passenger window has almost stopped when opening or closing.
I have had the panel off and greased the channel and runners. I have also washing-liquided (oooerr) the rubber near the door mirror.
The drivers one is nice and fast and both have security film.
Any ideas?
Apart from Solar Powered Streetlights!
