Driving lights : PIAA or Cibie?

Got a MY01 with a broken foglight...
So...time to remove the useless fogs, anf get some driving lights.
PIAA Pro 80 (XT I think) 120w H3 bulbs
or Cibie Oscar+ 130w
What do you lot think?
Both seem to be about £250
Can you get clear protectors for the PIAAs?
