Unhappy

Have just fitted some genuine prodrive headlights to my my01, but have got no headlight adjust now there is a plug at the rear of the lamps and the existing plug from the loom, but there is no way they fit each other, they are both 3 pin designs just the plugs dont fit , the lamps seem to work in every other way. any thoughts.

Sandman,

With the light kit, you should have got a couple of little brown connector blocks. These should do the trick. Hope you still have the packaging as they are VERY easy to throw away, I know of at least one Scoobynetter who has done this (StuBoy)

He went and got some new ones and fixed it pretty easily. Hope that this helps.

Cheers,

S/

Thanks Scaramanga, bought second hand so no blocks may contact Prodrive to see if they can supply them.

Yes I did throw them away but went to a local electronic component store (RS) and picked them up no problem. I'll see if I can dig out the part number.
