Depends on whether it's a Newage Bug, Blob or Hawkeye.............

So you are looking at swapping UK Halogen H/lamps

Use these bulbs for best results: https://www.philips.co.uk/c-p/85126X...headlight-bulb
The Blob HID headlights are a step down from the Bugs which use projectors but they are still vastly superior to the standard halogen headlights.

Yh I ended up purchasing the Sti hid harness from lightwerkz but they are on back order so I’ll probably receive them late in the month. But should be plug and play from them.

Yeah they're good. Not as good as the Bugeye ones though. Subaru went on a bit of a cost cutting exercise with the Blob facelift. The Bugeye ones you can drive about on dipped beam all the time, don't even need to put full beam on. The covers and lens are the same on the HID and non-HID headlights. So you can split them and make up a good pair if you have any issues with the HID headlights.
