Do'h I didn't realise it was an old question, hence the other thread.

Still no idea which to get. I'll find a coin to flip...

Came up heads, I'll call Scoobysport

Mark

Well I for One can't praise my ScoobySport CIBIE's highly enough

My first real modification and certainley in the top 3 of mod's and there is quite a list

I did hear stories of blown bulbs etc but 18 months and 25,000 miles later and not a single problem

Not knocking PIAA's btw

Phil

Very happy with the light output of my PIAA's, but less happy about the terrible adjustment method. Fitted by dealer, so can't comment on how easy/difficult that was, but they seem to have made a good job of it.

Cibies are dead easy to fit, mine took an hour or so and I'm not a mechanical/electrical genius by any stretch.

I bought my cibbies from Scoobysport last september and now they have both rustedaround the rim because the black paint has flaked off

Difficult to make out, I know. Not sure whether to complain to Scoobysport as they must we warrantied for 12mnth, or touch them up with black paint.

Anyone else had this problem. (driven 18k since the lights were fitted)

My PIAA's rusted too, but on mine it was the reflectors. Luckily, my car was still under warranty, so I got two brand new lights - which was nice

Unhappy

Just out of interest, guys, I'd avoid the Prodrive "Hella 1000FF" set now available. They work really well, but are a pain to set up.
