Default Shock sensor reset

Hello,

the rain was so so hard last night that it set my alarm off now every time I lock the car the alarm sounds.

I have read there may be a shock sensor that needs to be reset- where would this be please?

thank you

What alarm are we guessing you have ?
If it is a Sigma then the sensor does get reset.
as an example.

Sigma / Toad Shock sensor
Only fits the S series Sigma alarms. The M30 doesn't have one.

Hello,
sorry I thought they would all be the same factory fit?
I have a booklet that says category 1 alarm system. I have checked and there is nothing in there that mentions a shock sensor.

In any case I think I have managed to solve the issue- for info I locked the car with the key which did not set the alarm off. I could then lock it with the fob no problem.

Thank you.
