Try http://jp-carparts.com - Don Clark put me onto them, fantastic diagrams and you can grab the part numbers from there.
Import Car Parts may be able to help, they can get OEM Subaru stuff but for cheaper than dealership.

Cover assembly-lamp washer nozzle, right, 86636FE240VW

Last two letters of part number is paint finish code for obsidian black pearl (assuming that's the colour)
Probably now only available in primer so last two letters may become NN (usually)
Cover comes with jet attached.

Slightly off-topic... if the headlamp levelling ECU (behind the glovebox) is unplugged, do the washers stop working too?

Different systems.
Headlight washers only work when headlights are on

If levelling ECU is uplugged you probably have one or both levelling sensors damaged - most common is water damage in the plug connectors leading to electrical pin failure.

Cheers Don. Yeah, I unplugged the ECU when the dash light started coming on. I’ve now noticed the washers don’t work. It must be coincidence.

Got the part for the washer. The part is correct but I'm still missing a part that's not on the diagram.

The plastic bit that connects the cover the the sliding jet is missing (part that my thumbs on) can't see it on the diagram

Think I've found one it Latvia but reluctant to spend £50 if it doesn't have the full part so asked for further pictures

I tried Matty at md development but no stock and he's breaking alot on a regular basis

It's unfortunate but when they break it is exactly where your thumb is and that's the main body part. Often the top bit can be salvaged and still works....

Difficult to get from breakers, and about £75 for the pair. In a frontal the bumper often gets detached and springs out, ripping the washer jets out, and they break right at the point your's did. Even a smallish bump can do it. as well as breaking off both the inner lugs on the headlights. Almost as if it was designed to do as much damage as possible......... or am I just cynical...
