As above, I have fog covers yet I don't have a button for the lights. I have a Fmic so chances are if it did have them they would have been removed

I have a button but when i took the covers off to re sticker them there was no lights. I think you have to swap the fog covers for fog light surrounds with the lights in

Most STi's(pre Hatch) don't come with Fog lights (Spec D being an exception) and have the plain covers


the same as yours...........


However the wiring is usually in place so that with the addition of the lights, covers, relay and switch you can have them ala WRX (GB270 shown)

Relay is usually in place I think. I just fitted the lights, surrounds and switch to my 03 STI. Relay already there. I stand to be corrected though. Wiring is definitely in place though.

Luckily my Hawk is a Spec D, so I put normal STi covers on in the Summer and the light surrounds in the Winter.

STI Limited has fogs as well

they were an optional extra though iirc

Retrofitted fogs to my 05 STi, the wiring is present behind the bumper just taped out of the way. I bought secondhand fogs with the brackets and new painted surrounds. I needed the interior switch 83001FE000 and Relay 82501AE03A to be fitted under the dash. Relay is a Denso 156700-1020 - You will have 4/5 of the same fitted already for various things.
