Default Defi warning point??

Hey guys what do you set warning point at for oil temp and oil pressure? What point do I panic?

I dip to 2.0 bar oil pressure sometimes on idle

And when spending a few minutes driving at high speed on the motorway or having a spirited drive through lanes I hit 100c oil temp and back off.

What numbers should I be seeing? What do you see on idle, daily drive and spirited drive?

Mine are set as follows: (98 classic with 2.5 forged engine):

Boost: 1.6 bar
Oil temp: 120 degC
Oil pressure: 1.8 bar
Water temp: 95 deg C
Fuel pressure**: 0.3 bar**

This is linked to boost as a differential pressure, so is set to go off if it drops more than 0.3 bar below the differential, which is iirc, 3bar.

Won't make a deal of difference, boost maybe, but the others will be much the same.
