Daily driver suspension upgrade
My 2003 Blobeye STi, 352bhp 350ft/lb, STi struts, Prodrive springs. Decent geometry setup, running 18" wheels with good tyres.
Drives well, happy with it but starting to get a bit creaky and a few knocks. It's a daily driver, never tracked, occasional fast road.
I'm planning to replace struts with KYB ULtra SR's, but was wondering about anti roll bar bushes. Thoughts? Just keep the oem roll bars with new oem bushes or poly?

Poly bushes will stiffen things up a little, so depends what sort of roads you drive on and if you're happy with the way it feels now. I can recommend poly bushes for the steering rack, often overlooked but really does make a difference to the feel and turn in, yours much like mine I'd hazard a guess have probably never been changed.
I would also ditch the 18's and fit 17's but that's a personal choice.
Also have a read of this.

Cheers Ditchmyster, usual mix of crappy roads and motorways. I use 18's in summer and 17's in winter. I'm happy with the firmer ride of the 18's as i really like look.
I'm ok with the firmness as she is, just don't want any firmer/harsher. Maybe i'll do poly on the arbs and steering rack and leave the rest rubber. Maybe a good compromise?
I reckon i'll be fine with existing oem arbs?
Cheers, will read the attached link.
