Default Headlamp glass polishing to remove general chips/scratches

I have just done the black headlight mod on some oe crystal headlamps. These are good but could do with a good polish/cut to get them clean and clear. What's the stuff the windscreen guys use for scratches on glass? I have the machine polisher just need the compound.

Why not either ask at a windscreen place, or offer a few ££ for them to do it? They will do so for cash, I'd think.

This but I use a medium compound in the rotary after. Or with a bit of time and care you can do it all with a rotary

I use glass men on a regular basis but the car is never with me when I do. I'd rather do it myself to be honest rather than getting a glass man out.

As for the money, it usually results in me owing them a favour from my trade.
