Default problem with indicators

hi guys,

I am having an issue with my indicators and hazard lights, I was driving yesterday and all of a sudden my car while turning stopped indicating and also tried the hazard lights but these are also not working ( my guess is these are on a separate circuit to the indicators?

The lights dim/ normal and high beam work okay.

I had a look at the fuse box in the engine bay and the fuse for the indicators was was busted so I replaced it but still no joy.

IS there a possibility that there is an issue with a relay? or will the indicator stalk need replacing?

Thanks in advance

Knackered hazard switch is my guess. They are on same circuit. For example if you unplug the hazard switch the indicators won't work.

Look for a short circuit on one of the connectors. remove each bulb in turn, see if that makes them work, if not look at connectors and wiring to each indicator, paying attention to corrosion, and an breaks or cuts in the wires.

Thanks all, the culprit was the indicator module after a lot of thinking, swearing and searching, managed to resolve the issue.
