Default Fitted some new Prosport gauges

Got some Prosport gauges fitted over the weekend.

The triple gauge holder was used before for 60mm gauges so first thing to do was to make a new faceplate to hold the 52mm gauges. I made it from flexi plastic and cut it with a 51mm hole saw.

The gauges fitted perfectly so next I painted the pod holder and face plate to a almost the exact match and texture of the dash.
The gauges were then wired together and the cables passed through into the engine bay.( the back of the faceplate can be seen inside the original 60mm plate) The alarm/immobiliser light was also inserted

The boost sensor was then installed, the cables and hoses all secured firmly in place.
The oil filter was then removed and the sandwich plate installed along with the oil pressure and temp sensors and the cables safely routed away from any heat sources.

Once all cables and connections were checked and working perfectly I then had to relocate my PSI3 monitor from where the centre pod was now sitting and install it and a single DIN stereo where the original one was.

All lit up

Ignition off
