its leakin water now . thers a wee puddle accumulates bneath the car for a wee while after ive parked it. checked the water level and it doesnt seem 2 have gone down any. and im not drivin it hard either. no a/c. im flummoxed its not a lot of water. i even followed the scoob in my other car 2 see if it leaks while driving, and yes it does. a wee drip. bugger. startin 2 wish i never got the bloody thing. actually, i still love the car . BUGGER!

do you have air con in your car, if you do have you had it on, sometimes this can cause a wee puddle of water

Does it happen all the time?

where does the water puddle left side, right side, front or rear of engine ?

could it be from an exhaust leak condensation formed by the cat ?

have you topped it up with water recently....if i put as much as an inch over the fill line itl leak a bit until it finds its own level..

no air con, drip is from front of engine, def water, havent smelt it, havent topped up water. can see the wee floor bit bneath the radiator wet.

well its not major or you would have been asking for an engine by now..just make sure all the water pipes are tight and ,dry it of and run the motor and have a look when you stop it to see were its comming from.it dont sound like a major problem.

p.s while your down there check and make sure that the engine is oil tight at the very front near the bottom.sports have a habbit of eating front crank seals..

Check the radiator very closely....my car had a leak and it was hard to find....turned out one of the radiator end tanks (the plastic bits at the side of the radiator core) had cracked and the water was seeping out. I know two of my mates had the same probs with thier radiators!!

If u need a radiator theyre not too expensive ....i got mine from ballymena radiators and they also have a depot in Coleraine near the MOT Centre. Check the water for an antifreeze smell

check ur rad for antifreeze, just dip ur finger in and give it a lick(UMMMMMMMMMM) if its not sweet drain some out & put in anti freeze, if there is none in uir system ur rad could be rusting and thats why it could b leakin.

would there b a pressure tester lyin around? put some pressure on it and wait 4 the drip!

any water leak would need to be sorted out, its coming into the cold season, time to check antifreeze etc etc...... dont forget that if you have a weakness in the cooling system it will get worse, the cooling system is pressurised
