Was over at the ring during Easter and it was brilliant. Plan to go again either the weekend of September the 3rd or September 10th 2006. Aim is to spend the Saturday travelling across England (we went across from Dublin to Holyhead last time & across on the Eurostar) and Sunday afternoon at the track, travel back mon/tue. Any takers from north or south for a scoob convoy and a bit of a laugh??!!!!

What sort of costs involved last time, Ferry Eurostar etc?
would love to go but not sure I could make it at that point.

Ferry was £220 return and Eurostar was £100 return at that was over the Easter weekend so I hope it will be a bit cheaper in september!

Would any Ferries travelling from Ireland to say France work out any handier or cheaper ?

Or arent there any ?

Irish ferries go from Rosslare - Cherbourg but its like a 20hour crossing or something horrible. Don't know of any other ferries from ireland. We found the eurostar really handy, its only 30mins across. Bit of a trek across england/wales but I'd rather be in a car than on a vomit rocket
