SERE Belfast losing their subaru franchise
#1
I didn't see it anywhere else so thought I would mention it.
It would seem that SERE are losing their Isuzu and Subaru franchise in a few weeks time, according to staff at SERE.
I use them because they are handy and their mechanics know what they are doing.
Anyone any reccomendations for the other dealerships in Belfast or Lisburn?
The reason I was given for the loss of the franchise was because they only sold 3 Troopers last year :/

Des,
You'll go a long way, before you find staff as helpful and knowledgeable as you'll find at Eastwoods in lisburn.
Norman the main mechanic, has seen all flavour of Subaru, and used to work in Australia, dealing with all manner of oriental beasts.
Connor in Parts is another top bloke.
Ring Graham in service reception to book in.
I would avoid Eden Cars in Carrickfergus. Unless you like being treated like S***.
Good Luck

Thanks Sul,
They are actually my nearest dealer but didn't go to them as SERE was quicker to get to and I didn't like the thought of pulling in and out of Eastwoods Entrance, looks a bit dangerous to me :/
If Sere do lose it I will get on the phone to Eastwoods after your reccomendation
Cheers, Des.

I heard a couple of months ago that SERE had given up the sub/Isuzu franchise as are a couple of others I am reliably informed.
SERE can still carry out servicing etc ( had my 30k done yesterday £225 good price) don't know what they could do if warranty work needed done. I'll continue to use them as they are only round the corner from work.

I AGREE EASTWOODS ARE THE NICEST AND MOST HELPFUL PEOPLE YOU COULD MEET, AND NORMAN IS WORTH HIS WEIGHT IN GOLD.
I WENT TO SERE ABOUT A YEAR AGO, THEY WERE NOT GREAT AND DID NOT SEEM TO WANT TO HELP YOU OUT.
