Unhappy

Have a honda that needs a bit of professional TLC regarding the red paint work. Can anyone recommend a decent car valet that could restore it to its original colour?. It will also need a bit of paint work due to lacquer lifting when funds allow, again can anyone recommend a decent firm, preferably in the Lisburn direction but would travel further to get the job done properly.

thanks

Martin

Thumbs up

Is it metallic mate? (lacquer'd)
If it is then its most likley the lacquer thats dulled not the red basecoat below.
Try a fine compound such as farlecia g7 or perhaps even metallic t-cut to polish up the lacquer.
Sorry cant recommend any painters/bodyshops in lisburn, though did see some work by rankin cook that looked ok.

Ricky.

Thanks Ricky - it's actually milano red which is not a metallic, however the car has had some cosmetic paint work done at some time and for some reason the bodyshop has added a coat of lacquer. Tried some turtlewax safe cut on the boot but thet only seemed to make things worse.
