Hi all, the ISDC are having there charity drive (Make A Wish Foundation and The Irish Autism Society) this weekend leaving Dublin at 8am... the route will be:

We plan to start in Dublin, head Northwest crossing the border at Monaghan/Aughnacloy, through Omagh and crossing the border at Clady and into Donegal.Down the west coast to Sligo, through Claremorris, Claregalway, Oranmore, Limerick Cork and back the main road to Dublin.1000kms. AFAIK there is a stop over in the west somewhere, but all are welcome to tag along for a while

Omagh is as north as it gets I am afraid, It was to go Dublin,belfast,Coleraine Derry but I am the ONLY person from the north to do it so it is sensible to go closer to the folks that are getting the sponsorship.

I believe their are 18 cars doing it, each with a target of 500 euro each to be split 50/50 with the make a wish foundation and the Irish society for autism.

I believe the stop over is in Galway. Not sure that any details of where 18 scoobs are going to be parked overnight should be posted on a public BB

Must have been you guys i saw on my way to Slaine castell on saturday 24th about 9:30 to 10:00 sih you just pulled out of a pub or rest area just outside Dublin, you where all let out about 3 or 4 cars in front of me, and i was thinking to my self i wish i was in my scoob instead of my girlfriends starlet, but i couldn't get it on the plane, nevermind i had a great day anyway
