After a totally top weekend 12th-15th sept at the ring, i cant get it out of my head and stop thinking about it. I couldn't sleep last night so i went down stairs and watched my recce lap, how sad am i.
Is this Normal or am i just a gimp!!!
I need to go again very soon, anyone in november perhaps?

I wanted to go back in November as the ring is open on the weekend of 22/23 unfortunately I'm already booked to do Rockingham with Subaru.

Has anyone watched Incar956 (Duke Video)?

Those that have driven the 'ring may appreciate the onboard lap of 6:41 with Derek bell's 956.

140mph Hatzenbach
170mph Flugplatz
195mph Schwedenkreuz (flat out due to low gearing)
170mph up the hill through left kink
195mph just after Gantry on main straight
and Jackie Icxx still blows his doors off on that 'slow' lap!

The video still doesn't do it justice but I think ringers understand what it would feel like onboard.

Taking my bike test tomorrow so I can take the mad Irish one out on the back of me. (Ok, maybe in a few years time )

You should be able to buy Duke Video's directly from them or get a local Halfords to order it to save you postage, Demon Tweeks should also be able to get them.

Another good Vid' is the 1000km 1957 GP which shows non-winged F1 cars (class1&2) flying a good foot in the air over Flugplatz and some 6foot hedges instead of armco, totally mental!
