Default Window Winder Handle Removal.

I am returning the RA to standard black door handles and need to get the door cards off. Having done a search on here there is not a specific guide.

The cards come off easily but the bloody handles are a pain. Does anyone have a guide on how to get the bloody circlips off the back?

Cheers.

Yes but it's getting at the bloody things. I have manged to remove the door card and rotate it like a mad heavy metal guitarist but I don't want to damage the door card bending it out of shape.

I need help with getting at the bloody circlip please .

Ah...I see.

When I used to do this on cars years ago, it was possible to both push the doorcard in at the handle base and slightly lift the handle so as to get at the circlip.

Managed to get them off.

The technique seems to be that you push the door card in and get the edge of a thin screw driver between the large plastic disc washer and door handle.

Line up the circlip and push inwards.
