passenger front window problem

hi i have a impreza classic year 2000 when i try to lower the window it drops one side does any one know how i would be able fix this

Sounds like the support guides are misplaced, or come loose.
If you remove the doorcard, (ten minute job) and the plastic sheeting, you'll see.
Post again if you don't know how to get doorcards off.
