Hi

i have recently bought a 2003 wrx (blob eye)
Seats have been changed for sti, not sure what year tho.
I noticed this morning that the seat belts do not clip into the buckle properly. they dont pull out but are definatly not fully inserted.
only thing i can think of is they are the belt buckles/reciver from the sti which must be slightly different to the original wrx ones.
Can anybody confirm who may have had the same problem.

I can confirm that you will need the original seat belt buckles that match the belts as fitted. Or a completely new SET of belts.

I had the same problem when fitting STi6 seats into my classic, had to remove the first seat and put the old belt buckle on it, then do the next one BEFORE fitting.....

Just need to find someone willing to sell me their wrx belt buckles without the seats!

Or look on ebay for some newer seatbelts, complete?
