I need some help!
I'm driving myself crazy...

There's some kind of squeaking (spelling) noise co ming from all
four windows... it's like a rubbering kind of sque ak. I asume it's because doors have no frame.
I just want it to stop!!!

Alternatively, try some sort of rubber lubricant

 

Try to close all your windows with open doors and only at low speeds (<60-70 km). This works fine on my car!

I think because you live in a hot dry climate ? the seals have dried out. You need a rubber refurbishing polish like Autoglym Vinyl and rubber care.
Also try lubricating all the door locks as these can rattle/sqeak
