I seem to have a problem with my 2003 Blobeye STi.

The Heater vent position control seems to do nothing, air always comes out of the face vents no matter what you do. The temp control works, as does the fan speed, just the position control. I've checked fuse, but any other ideas how to fix it?

Ok, I've swapped out the switch panel with control unit attached, still the same. What else should I be looking for? Presumably it's the heater unit?

Anyway, I decided to remove the glovebox and cover to investigate. Well, what do you know? One of the actuator arms had came off, popped it on again and hey presto, all working!

Groan, wouldn't it just be something stupid? Anyway, glad it wasn't expensive.
