Mine was a carshop leatgher cheapy, cost all of £7.50.
I unpicked the stitching along the bottom seams, spread it out, then fitted it over the pegs on the trim by boring holes in it with a leather punch and fitted ABS offcuts about 10mm sq cut from a sheet bought from a modelshop, then "welded" them in place with "Plastic Weld" a solvent. These retain it over the pegs. You need to do it this way since the original clips are ruined taking the old rubber one off.
It's been on years now with no probs.
