Help needed to fit a OMP boss to an airbaged classic

Hi Guys,
I've bought a OMP boss which says it's for all classics.
The part number is OMPOD/1960SB658 Subaru Impreza >93 boss kit airbag 19J05
Now I've got to this stage. (not my photo)

For the boss I have it looks like I need to take the yellow ring off with the plug for the airbag.

Can this be done or have I been sent the wrong boss?

They have said it normally fits all classics but will give me a full refund if there is a problem.

Any advice will be gratefully received.

Going by the pic you have up you should have a seperate connection for the yellow (airbag) which cancels this out & also for the horn(white) which will connect to the new wheel horn. I didn't use an OMP boss because it apparently didn't cancel the indicators so opted for the HKB. Just realised you got that off the CaRL dAVEY SITE. As far as i know only as i have described no removing yellow ring etc. Apologies if mistaken.
