Default Steering Column Cowling Removal

Could anyone enlighten me as to how the cowling comes off a newage? I am trying to fit an ATI EPod cowling gauge holder, which replaces the upper part.

Been a while since Ive done it but IIRC there are two screws from underneath, the bottom part then comes off then there are screws going up into the top part. Take them out and then the top part comes off.

Yeah thats how its done on a classic, I'd imagine its the same on a newage. I usually push the seat right back and pull the steering rake adjustment all the way up, so I can get my head under. Because if I don't look, I can never bloody get the screw driver in properly.
