Fitting is relatively simple. I assume your insurance company is aware of this? It's pretty serious if not

Stand car on level surface, wheels dead ahead. If existing wheel has an airbag, disconnect battery and go inside for half an hour for a coffee etc.

Remove airbag by undoing the two Allen bolts on it's underside. Remove carefully and disconnect carefully. Place somewhere safe: REMEMBER, IT'S AN EXPLOSIVE DEVICE!
Disconnect horn wiring. It's usually ONE wire and a push fit connector.

Now, using a socket set, loosen the nut holding the wheel in place. Try not to let the steering wheel move off centre, and put it back if it does.
Leave the nut screwed on a few turns, (DO NOT take it right off. If the wheel comes free suddenly, you get a broken nose. The nut stops that happeneing), and pulling the wheel, remove it. This took TWO of us to do mine. It sometimes helps to place a block of hardwood over the nut and hit it while pulling the wheel as hard as possible. Once it's loose, remove the nut and pull the wheel off.

Fit the splined hub, getting it as close as possible to straight ahead. it may help to have the wheel lightly attached at this point. Tap into place and do up the nut, tight.

You need a resistor in the airbag wiring to stop the light being permanently on, do a search on here for what size. Tape it up safely out of the way.

Now re-connect battery, and turn on the ignition from OUTSIDE the car, to ensure that the passenger airbag is still ok.

Find out how the horn works. It may be just a wire that is earthed through the switch. Try it by flashing a wire to it from earth, see if the horn sounds. If so, play around with your new horn press, you may need to add a a wire from ONE of it's connectors to a suitable earth point under the dash. The other will go to the existing horn wiring.

Put it in place, do up the bolts holding wheel to boss, tight, and away you go.

You mean that those three things get in the way of the hub?

Can they be removed?

Yes, im not sure that they could be removed. I dont want to brake something...Obviously the two things are for the side markers (auto turn off)...The other is the airbag

I followed the guide

http://www.scoobymods.com/wrx-steeri...reza-t127.html

But i had to make a few more changes like i had to remove that thing
http://www.scoobymods.com/mods/impre...rksonwheel.jpg

i could not install the new steering wheel because of it

I removed the whole plastic thing, i cut off the cables, one from them all is the horn cable...I went to electric guy to attach the horn and now its working fine

The other thing is the steering wheel was touching the dash and i had to mod it with a sandpaper

Because in most cases fitting an after market steering wheel means you have to remove the air bag which is a safety feature of the car meaning in the event of a crash the insurance company may say no to any claim.

Derr, never thought of that! Lol will it make much difference u think? U reckon a snap off wheel would get a reduction? It's better security after all

I may be wrong but I think you have the wrong hub, ie one that is for cars without a factory airbag.

Hubs that are designed to fit models with an airbag as standard should come with the correct connector/resister to cancel the airbag light and also have room to fit over the existing loom. Don't think you need to cut off the loom.
