I have a LAMCO boost gauge on the steering column (OEM) on my blobeye, basically what I wanted to do is change it for a better looking one without to much messing around, dont want it to be to big (60mm) and want to find out if it can be connected to the existing boost pipe/wires.........
Was thinking about doing the same as mine has started misting up. I was hoping I could keep the pod and just change it for another one as the pipe and wiring is the same as any other mechanical type boost gauge

yup mines doing the same its misting up, and want to keep the pod as you've said? have you see any gauges that could work?
It needs a 52mm to retain pod. Defi did an STI genome one but it isn't the mechanical type like the lamco, I've seen them for sale on ebay but not cheap as they are rare but definitely the best match to sti dash clocks.
Think you could be right I've never measured it but I've always thought it had a large border to it that made it appear smaller..... Best way is to measure it I suppose.
