Default Classic facelift dash to fit prefacelift
Do facelift dashboards from classics fit prefacelift models? I need to replace my prefacelift dash and had a thought that I might fit a facelift as I think they look much better etc.

Physically yes. But as for heater connections (prob different) and switch connections (switches are different) then I would imagine it is not a very straight forward job at all!

You will also end up changing the front door cards to ensure the front doors shut.

And the wiring for the instruments is a nightmare.

i did this job on my car and its a real pain mate, not recommended
