Default Speaker Size

Hi all,

Does anybody know what size the front speakers are in a 2001 WRX Wagon?
Can anyone recommend a good plug and play replacement?

Cheers,

Andrew

I got some 6.5" Infinity think they were 6320, not too dear £££ and a massive improvement on standard, you need to fit a spacer though.
Do a search on here in the ice section there are some good guides on how to do this.

thanks for the advice.
when you say that you had to fit a spacer is that because the original speakers are not 6.5" or because nearly all aftermarket speakers are too big (depth wise)?

Both, I've to 6.5" in mine aswell, got the lightweight one's from the states, and so **** i am, that i didnt want vibrations, so i seated the speaker in a thin layer of silicon sealent.

The place i got mine, also do the rear spacers, which seem to be, for some reason, a much harder spacer to find, and they really are an strange shap..lol..
