On the armrest undo the little screw in the cubby hole. Take out the plastic bit and underneath is a large phillips head screw. Once you have undone this slide a flat blade under the door panel in the bottom corner and pull. This will release the first clip then slide your fingers up and all the clips will release. Winding down the window will make it easier to pull the panel off. Dont forget to unclip the wiring for the leccy windows and mirrors.

Obviously I've never had the door panels off

Once you have got the panel off you will need to glue all the door poppers to the door card itself before you put it back on, these are the cause of the rattles it worked on my car and several others.

I get a really annoying rattle in the front dash & in the back seat. Seems to be near the seat belt release.

Any ideas how to rectify these??

BL,

Snap, but sorry no answers. The one in the front seems to come when I've been driving for a couple of hours. By holding down the clock surround I seemed to be able to make it go away.

The one in the back I'm almost certain in the seat belt. Sadly time and children have stopped me investigating further, so I'd be most happy to hear any solutions.

Nigel
