Default Defi controller in cup holder....

How do I fit the defi controller into a newage cup holder under the top vents?

Think it looks nice but there is a lug in the centre which stops the control box fitting.

Have people that have done this just cut the screw location out? Does it rattle or vibrate?

Thanks

Mine didn't quite fit in my later classic, hacked the area until it did, it fits by pushing it under the plastic rail, and is held in place with electrician's tape. Easy to get out if needed out, and never moves in use. If I DO ever want the cover back in, it'll be done with a couple of blobs of silicone

You can also use a couple of double sided pads, the sort sold for number plates.
